Online faculty positions seem to be obscure and difficult to find for the average college instructor. The truth of the matter is that online professor positions are available if the search for online college classes offered by online programs at various higher education institutions is conducted effectively and with a specific intent. This process of finding online faculty positions is a perfect example of the canard “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” The college instructor who has been shown the door at his or her traditional educational institution will be confused at first because of the decades of shine-on language embedded in his or her intellect about the purpose and motive of actually earning a graduate degree.
